Advanced Member Posts: 102 Group: Members Member #269 Joined: August 14, 2009	Saturday was quite different to my days ferreting on Friday. We had 3 saluki's and the gun out with us and worked some really good land, most of the hares were in the turnips. Total 5 hares caught, Michaels young bitch did really well and caught one single handed. We took the gun to remain within the law. The falcons are being fed on head for the next few days as we need to get their weight down. Season started Ok the going hasn't helped us much but next month we move to better land, so will show how the hounds are doing. Blade caught oe yesterday, he'll be 8 in November.
