Well, isn't this par for the (US) course? Who wins and who loses? I'm pretty sure that the guys in Russia sending whole litters of pups to 'kennels' in the US will be fine. But how about people like me and folks on this list that would love to bring in a coo from Kyrgyzstan or Kazakhstan...or Poland for that matter. This is another outrage. Maybe there's a bailout plan to help pay the broker's fee! Do ya think? OV |
